Returns and Refunds What to do to return the product/s:
Execute a return/replacement request within two days after the delivery date if you got damaged, incorrect, or expired goods.

www.orgaglo.com/contact_us • If your return request meets the requirements of the return policy, we will send our courier partner to collect up the products that were shipped to you after reviewing your request. • If our reverse pick up service is not offered at your location, you will need to ship the item on your own through a trusted courier partner. The courier fees will be refunded to you in your account or in an Orgaglo Wallet. • Once we have received your product(s), we will check them against the claim and start the replacement or refund process as necessary. Attention: Replacement is subject to stock availability. What circumstances allow me to exchange or refund my product? • Incorrect product was delivered • Expired product delivered • Damaged goods delivered - Physically damaged or tampered product • Incomplete order – missing products When will requests for returns or replacements not be honoured? • Products that have been used, opened, or altered. • Absence of the original packaging, including labels and mono cartons. • The damaged or missing item is reported more than two days after delivery. • The return/ replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
How are refunds handled? A pick up is scheduled for the product after you request to return it. Once we receive your return request, the item will be picked up by one of our courier partners in 5-7 business days. The quality control team inspects this item after it is returned to our warehouse. A refund is started after the goods passes quality control.
Can I cancel my order? The CANCEL button is located on the order details page under the My Account section. Simply state your cancellation reason, and we'll take care of the rest. Note - Orders can be only cancelled till the status is “Ready to Ship”. Orgaglo maintains the right to refuse service to anybody at any time and to verify any order before shipping it to the client, including obtaining a verbal or written order confirmation from the consumer.
How will I get a refund for the goods I've returned or cancelled? For pre-paid orders, money will be returned within 21 business working days to the bank account, credit/debit card, or other area where the payment was made. Customers will be asked for their bank information in order to receive refunds for goods that are Cash on Delivery.
How long will it take for a cancelled order or returned item to be refunded? If you cancel your order, we'll execute your refund within 7 business days. In the event of a return, we will issue a refund after the item has been received by our warehouse and after a quality check has been completed. Please be aware that after the return is picked up, the full process takes 4 weeks. Can I return part of my order? Yes. Within three days after delivery, you can return any items that are eligible for returns.
